THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS WAS COMPLETED DURING THE YEAR UNDER REVIEW. THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND THE NON- INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS WERE CARRIED OUT BY THE INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
